The DeBary Golf Club policy for booking a tee time in advance is 1 week for non members of the course. For any players who wish to book a tee time for the practice round on March 31st, please email Adam Casper, Director of Golf at adam@debarycc.com.

The golf course will block off times based upon the number of players. At present, the practice round tee times will be scheduled between 9:00 am and 10:00 am. This scheduling ensures that players who choose to attend the "Run for the Roses" event at 2:00 pm will have sufficient time to complete their round of golf and arrive for the event.

This thoughtful arrangement demonstrates the course's commitment to accommodating the DeBary’s WGA interests and ensuring a seamless experience. Players are encouraged to arrive promptly for their tee times and to manage their pace of play to enjoy both activities fully.

Once the Pro Shop has assigned the players their tee times, an email will be sent to the participating players with their assigned tee times. This will help ensure everyone is informed and can plan accordingly.
