Info Regarding Board Positions Available for HLLG 2025
Hello Ladies,
It’s time to nominate our next HLLG executive board for the 2025-2026 seasons. The following positions will be open: (a brief description of duties below, please refer to HLLG By-Laws for full description).
- President - shall preside as Chairperson at all meetings of the Executive Board and Members, and shall have general supervision of the operations and affairs of HLLG.
- Vice President 9 Holers - shall be responsible for reporting to the Executive Board the 9 Hole Group’s tournament schedule for the Season as well as accounting for the 9 Hole Member funds.
- Secretary - shall keep records of all meeting minutes of the Executive Board members. She shall also be responsible for directing the Website/Communications chair to publish notices on the HLLG website.
- Treasurer - shall monitor and account for HLLG’s funds and expenditures, and request disbursements of funds on behalf of the Tournament Chair from Concert Golf in accordance with the annual budget.
- Tournament Chair - shall plan the Season’s Golf Events with the Tournament Subcommittees. This position shall be responsible for creating and managing the 18 Hole Group’s tournament schedule for the Season along with the weekly plan schedule for Ladies Day Play.

The Nominating Committee shall prepare a slate of proposed Officers to serve on the Executive Board during the upcoming Season to be
voted on by the members at the closing meeting or through Proxy (for those that cannot attend) at
closing day May 2025.
